KROGER DELTA RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund on merchandise; shipping and handling charges excluded. If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us directly within 10 business days of order delivery for replacement of damaged goods.
EASY RETURNS or EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. To initiate your return or exchange email us at krogerfamilyhelp@tmgideas.com and indicate whether you would prefer to return your products for a refund, or exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your order number and/or the full name and email address of the original purchaser.
Our customer service team will generate a return authorization number and you will need to clearly mark that on the outside of the package you are returning.
